dc.description.abstract The laboratories in top tech companies still use the manual entry of data for tracking the hardware equipments that are used. This android application provides automated laboratory system which can significantly reduce the need of human labor and thus reduce any chances of discrepancies and errors. The employee would be able to book equipments online which the laboratory manager will then check out on the employee’s request. This is a very handy application which every employee can utilize to search and book equipments they require. Apart from this, the laboratory manager will also have the options of keeping track of the number of equipments checked out, equipments pending delivery back at the laboratory, lost equipments and renew equipments for existing users. The project has been implemented using Java and Android. en
